DESCRIPTION:Welcome to Aberfeldy Live! Talkaoke – our monthly interactive pop-up talk show\, where you\, the participants\, set the agenda. Every  month we report live from the streets of Poplar and further afield about all the matters local and global. The November session is a collaboration with our neighbours at Republic \, as part of their our  Festive Fete. There’s live music\, local festive stalls\, a bauble-making workshop\, and some tasty snacks to keep the spirits high. \nHow does Talkaoke work?\nTalkaoke is an interactive talk-show\, where the participants decide on the subjects. Each discussion is a journey from one unexpected subject to another: it can be topical\, funny\, deep\, surreal\, and everything in between. The format is simple: the Talkaoke host sits in the middle of a doughnut-shaped table and passes the mic around\, inviting contributions and comments from each participant.
