We.ll be asking whether the Biennial is a true representation of the people of Liverpool and the city? Should it be? What do communities want from the Biennial and how much does it impact on their lives?

Representatives form the Culture Company, Liverpool Biennial and community groups from around the city will be chatting about the reality of collaborative art projects and the effect of art projects and the Biennial on their community.
