Talkaoke at Family Fun Day, 5 Links Estate, Part – 1
As part of an ongoing project in the Basildon area, Talkaoke ventured to 5 Links Estate in near by Laindon for Family Fun Day. On a gloriously sunny and relaxing day the conversation started in a much more serious matter about youth boredom, underage smoking and problems between the youth and community police officers; but through the powers of Talkaoke we were able to bring the two sides together to discuss the situation. There was also much discussion about what facilities the local area lacked as well as problems with recent building plans.
